As that began to level out, I moved into a physical challenge of a very strange sore throat (I really hadn't gotten them since my throat surgery in 1997) that quickly moved into a chest cold (hadn't had one of those in many years). I took two days off of work and simply rested and slept, again something I haven't done in ages.
Today I finally feel energized in a new and exciting way. I am almost bordering on giddy excitement to move on with my day/week (life?) this morning as I prepare to head back to work.
There is so much to contemplate, and I agree that writing will be part of this. I admit that this is the first that I've committed my feelings/responses to written words ... it just wasn't time last week as words, though useful, can too often be confining.
I look forward to our work together, in whatever shape that presents itself. I will use your earlier note as a touchstone to the session we had and will likely use it as a bare tree from which to hang my own foliage of thoughts and feelings. Again, thank you is not nearly enough, but I know you understand. -- David
