A week afterward, I'm a bit stunned at how easily many of the highlights you referenced have come to be second nature already. So often it seems challenging to use (or even remember) new tools for forward movement. Not so with this work. I suppose they were already familiar and it was finally just time to put them to use.
That said, the resistance that presented to me was unsettling to say the least. The day after our session, I experienced a very strange plunge. Although it was a bit of a freefall, it was not totally terrifying or bad somehow, just plain weird.
