Mary

Mary is a Certified Transition Coach and energy healer. She is claircognizant (clear knowing), clairsentient (clear feeling), and brings a holistic and intuitive approach to her work.

Mary collaborates with Claire and Teri to create a deeper, more transformational change experience for clients. With coaching, Mary helps clients understand the predictable patterns of change and available choices for successfully moving through challenging times.

Prior to becoming a transition coach and energy healer, Mary was a marketing communications executive. Mary’s professional credentials include:

She did her Masters in Business Communication graduate studies at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

She and her husband share great joy in their teenage daughter and extended families. Mary gains work life balance through sailing, the arts, her Loft writer’s group, trips back to the Iowa family farm and nature walks. She is forever grateful for her Irish humor, irreverent perspective and empathetic soul that guides her own joyful transitioning and continuous learning experiences.
