Messages From The Other Side: Oxygen Mask

We work with a lot of men and women who are concerned and anxious about the path of a loved one, be it a parent, child, friend or partner.

What I am told to tell people is "Put on your own oxygen mask first before assisting others."

We would like to encourage you, on behalf of our friends on the other side, if you are traveling with a small child or anyone who needs assistance (and aren't we all?) to please remember to take care of yourself first!
